Hi, I’m KC, a natural organizer, writer, and lifelong wellness seeker.
I started Moments of You because I know what it feels like to be stretched thin and put self-care on the bottom of the list. I’ve been the one who kept going, even when I was tired. I’ve also learned—sometimes the hard way—that burnout doesn’t make us stronger. Rest does. Reflection does. Reclaiming small moments of joy does.
This blog is a reflection of that journey, and I’m here to share the lessons, tools, and rituals that have helped me (and now, hopefully, you) find balance again.
