You Don’t Have It All Figured Out

Some days feel heavier than others.
You wake up already tired.
Your mind races with questions you can’t answer:
Am I doing enough?
Am I becoming who I’m supposed to be?
What if I never figure it out?

It’s easy to believe you have to have a plan.
That you must always be moving forward.
That if you’re standing still, you’re somehow failing.

But here’s what I hope you remember:

✨ You are allowed to not know.
✨ You are allowed to change your mind.
✨ You are allowed to grow slowly.

You don’t need to hold it all together to be worthy of peace.
You don’t need a perfect path to be moving in the right direction.

Sometimes the most important work you can do is to pause.
To rest your tired heart.
To remember that who you are is already enough.
Even when you’re unsure.
Even when you feel lost.

There is no rule that says you have to have every answer today.
You’re allowed to take this one gentle moment at a time.

Journal Prompt

🖊 “What would it feel like to let go of needing to have it all figured out right now?”

Write about the relief. The fear. The possibility.
Let it be real. Let it be yours.

When it all feels too much, come back to this truth:
You are not behind.
You are not failing.
You are simply becoming—and that is more than enough.
