The Power of Trusting Yourself Again

There’s a moment—quiet, almost invisible—when you begin to hear yourself again.

Not the fear.
Not the noise.
Not the outside opinions or old beliefs.
You.

It’s the voice that says,
“Take the longer way if it gives you peace.”
“Say no even if they don’t understand.”
“Rest, even when you don’t think you’ve earned it.”

We spend so much of our lives listening to everyone but ourselves.
Trying to be the “right” kind of woman.
Trying to get it perfect.
Trying not to take up too much space.

But the truth is:
You already know what’s right for you.
You always did.
You were just taught to doubt it.

Now it’s time to come back to your knowing.
To your calm.
To your quiet confidence.

Not the kinds that shouts.
The kind that simply says,
“I trust myself enough to go my own way.”

And no, you don’t need anyone’s approval for that.

Journal Prompt
“What is one decision I’m being pulled to make—and what would it feel like to choose based on trust instead of fear?”

Let the answer come from your body. From your gut. Then sit with it like you would a wise friend.

Because you are wise.
And your voice is worth hearing again.
