Let’s be honest: most of us are running on empty more than we care to admit.
We give our time, our energy, our hearts to everyone else—and somehow forget to check in with ourselves.
That’s where the monthly reset ritual comes in.
It’s not about productivity. It’s not about planning out every second of your life.
It’s about presence.
It’s about asking yourself:
How am I really doing?
What do I need to let go of?
What would feel nourishing right now?
What Is a Monthly Reset Ritual?
It’s a pause.
A gentle moment, once a month, where you sit with yourself and realign. You don’t need a fancy setup or hours of free time. You just need a quiet space, a few prompts, and the willingness to listen inward.
My 4-Step Reset Flow:
1. Reflect
Write freely—no pressure, no rules.
Ask yourself: What’s been heavy? What’s been beautiful? What am I proud of?
2. Release
Let go of what’s not serving you.
That thought, that habit, that comparison—exhale it.
3. Reset
Choose one small way to restore yourself—movement, rest, connection, nourishment. Not all at once. Just one.
4. Realign
Set one intention for the month ahead. Not a goal. An anchor.
You Deserve a Moment to Come Home to Yourself
This month, let that moment be now.
You don’t have to hustle through your healing.
You can reset gently—and keep going with more intention and ease.
