Until I started creating a quiet ritual, I now call my Monthly Reset.

Why I Needed a Reset Ritual
Between caregiving, work, and just trying to be “okay”, I often pushed through stress without ever processing it. I wasn’t checking in with myself. I wasn’t reflecting. I was just surviving.
